-I'd say in the last 2-3 weeks he has gotten into imaginative play. It is so much fun. This is what I've been waiting for. I thought it would come a lot sooner then it did. We play dinosaur cave, and sea monster, we even track yetis. We build rocket ships and airplanes and fly them all over the house. This is a rocket ship, just so you know. These are yeti tracks.
-Reid is potty trained. He has been 1/2 trained for what seems like forever and fully since January but I never wanted to document it in fear that I may jinx it!-He is starting to read words. It all started at the library when he read "Yes" and "No" on a poster as we were walking by it. Then a woman was quizzing her daughter on the letters and words and Reid kept yelling out the answers.
-We were playing with scrabble tiles the other day and he said, "Mommy, I know how to spell zoo," and he found the letters then he changed it to boo. I discovered that he can spell mom, dad, zoo, boo, and, yes, no, and stop. I'm not going to lie, it scared me a little bit.
-He officially can get out of his crib by himself. Which is has been able to do for a long time, but was never brave enough to do unless we were in the room with him.
-He has started to tell us stories. Which are mainly about dinosaurs.
-He makes art work on my computer in photo shop. I've been saving a few of them.
