Well early this summer (6-10-2011), it must have been early because Reid looks like he is dressed for winter, I was doing a few pictures for a friend and was setting up the lights and Reid jumped in. I was looking back and these seem fitting for the play offs!

Turning 3 is really hard work

This was taken at 5 pm on Reid's third birthday. He crashed out without dinner, without opening his presents, and without me telling him about the day he was born. After a busy and fun filled weekend he has been a sleeping machine.
So happy happy birthday little man you are the most wonderful thing in our lives!

Reid's Little Sister

Our newest and probably our biggest adventure yet....a second child.
That we think is a girl :) We'll check again in 7 weeks or so.
All is well, the pregnancy has been pretty easy so far. Why do I appear at 21 weeks pregnant as I did at 31 weeks last time? I guess that second time around really makes you pop! I guess I better get a few pictures of my belly taken soon.
You can see her sucking her thumb on the bottom picture, very cute. She looks a lot like Reid did in the womb at this time :)

Summer time!!

I've been really bad at posting but here are some pictures!First time in the sprinklers this summer!Last night/morning in his crib!First night crashed out in his big bed!Reid has been attached to his daddy. They are great gardening buddies and I have become second fiddle without a doubt.Like I said, daddy's little helper. Let the house projects begin!"But Mom you took a really long shower."

I wish I would be a little better at writing things down especially lately. Reid's vocabulary is huge and he tells all sorts of stories and makes up words for things. It's very entertaining. He talks to his inside baby sister and talks about her a lot. One day Reid and Kevin were hiding and Reid was calling for me to hide too. I was doing something and finally I heard him say, "She can't hide, she is too busy growing a baby." He asked if "she" (we haven't come up with a prename that has stuck yet) would be his friend and when I said yes he responded with, "Will she be my best friend?" I hope so, I sure hope so little man!! Such a sweetie pie.

Trip to Minnesota

Easter

Yes Easter was like a month ago. But here is an Easter rundown....

Lots going on in Reid's world. He will be going to preschool this summer and is super excited about it. He loves the warmer weather and being outside. He rhymes everything and thinks it is funny. His favorite joke is, "Why did the dinosaur take a bath?" "Because he is a stinkasaurus." He loves dinosaurs, spiderman (we are unsure how this came about), Hot Wheels (this one too), and his cousins :) He is learning that he will eventually have a brother or a sister, which I will write about later. There are some very cute stories about that situation! Well that's it for now.
